Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited when using gocools. It exists to keep the Services safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone.
1. Prohibited Activities
Using the Services to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
Uploading malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or probing for vulnerabilities without authorization.
Disrupting, overloading, or degrading the infrastructure (e.g. denial-of-service, excessive automated requests).
Harassing, abusing, defaming, or harming others, or distributing hateful or illegal content.
2. Fair Use
Automated or high-volume use must respect published rate limits. We may throttle or suspend usage that threatens service stability.
3. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for content you submit and must have the rights necessary to use it.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for violations, and report illegal activity to authorities where required.
