gocools takes the security of our platform and your data seriously. This policy explains our practices and how to report a vulnerability responsibly.
1. Our Safeguards
Encryption in transit (TLS) for all traffic.
Role-based access control, least-privilege credentials, and network isolation.
Regular dependency updates and monitoring.
2. Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a vulnerability, please report it privately to legal@gocools.com with steps to reproduce. Please do not publicly disclose until we have addressed it.
We will acknowledge reports promptly and keep you informed of remediation.
3. Scope
This policy covers gocools.com and its subdomains. Please avoid testing that could degrade service for other users or access data that is not yours.
4. Safe Harbor
Good-faith research conducted under this policy will not result in legal action from us.
