Data Deletion Request

You can ask gocools to delete your account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how.

1. How to Request Deletion

Email legal@gocools.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or use our Contact page.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

We delete or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax or security records).

We confirm completion within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Deletion is permanent and may remove access to content stored in your account.
