gocools respects intellectual-property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
1. Filing a Notice
Send a written notice to legal@gocools.com identifying the copyrighted work, the material you believe infringes it and its location, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
2. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the required statements and contact details.
3. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
